Privacy

The short version

Your practice log is private by default. Your reviews are public under the name you choose. We run no advertising, sell no data, and use cookieless analytics. You can export or erase your data yourself from settings.

What we store

• Your account: email address, handle, display name, and sign-in provider (email or Google). Passwords are handled by our auth provider, Supabase. We never see them.
• Your practice log: the visits you record, with any notes, styles, teachers and dates you add. Visits and notes are private. They appear only to you, signed in. Studios you visit see aggregate counts only, never who or when, and aggregates are withheld entirely below a minimum group size. One exception, and only by agreement: members of our small soft-launch test group are asked in person, before they join, whether we may read their log while testing runs — so that we can understand how the product is really used. It is never assumed, it is never a condition of using Prasso, it covers nobody who has not been asked, and a tester can tell us to stop at any time.
• Your reviews: public, shown with your display name on the studio page. You can edit or delete them at any time.
• Your practice card: if you share one, it shows counts and styles only. No studios, no dates.
• Studio claims: if you claim a studio listing, we store the work email and evidence you provide, used only to verify the claim.
• Newsletter: your email, only if you subscribe. Every send has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and analytics

We set essential cookies for sign-in and nothing else. Analytics is Plausible, which is cookieless and does not identify you, which is why there is no consent banner to click. We run no advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind.

Sending us feedback

If you send feedback from inside the app, we store what you wrote along with the page you were on (without anything after the ?), your screen width, your browser's user agent, which version of the app you were using, and whether you were signed in. Nothing else: not what was on the page, not your notes, not what you are working on. It is never shown to a studio and never used for analytics. If you were signed in, deleting your account deletes your feedback with it; if you were not, there is no account to delete it from, so please email us instead and we will remove it.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres, EU region) and the app runs on Fly.io (London). Product email is sent through Resend. Each processes data only on our instructions.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export and erase your data. Export and erasure are self-serve in settings. Erasing your account removes your identity, log, notes and reviews. Anonymous aggregate counts a studio has already accrued are kept, since they no longer contain anything about you. For anything else, or to complain, email hello@prasso.co.uk; you can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and, for significant changes, by email. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
